visa alla recensionerI love this studio and all of the teachers! My only comment is to recommend maybe deep cleaning the machines each night and under them. I often go to the early morning classes and the machines near the foot bar and under them have a lot of dust and hair 😓

Please add in like 25 minutes of commute time, traffic around the area is crazy and it’s random due to the port being right next door and cruises leaving whenever. Was in town and wanted a great workout and this was challenging but worth it! If I’m around I will be back!

visa alla recensionerLove Lauren’s classes!! Today was HARD and time flew by. My only wish was that class was a full 40 min workout with a 5/10 min stretch. Sometimes 35 mins can feel a bit short (not that I don’t already have the shakes). Love this studio and all the instructors though 🤗

visa alla recensionerThis was my second attempt at hot yoga. My first attempt was at another studio and ended with me leaving in a panic due to the heat. After 10 years I decided to give it another chance and I’m glad I did! The class was warm but comfortable , the instructor described all the poses in a way easy for someone new to yoga to understand. The stretches were great and helped me with some muscle soreness. Most importantly I made it through the whole class and enjoyed it ! 10/10 would recommend
