visa alla recensionerJack’s YinYasa class never disappoints🙌🏼 I’ve been coming to this class intermittently for a few months now when my schedule allows for it and it always proves to be deeply therapeutic for me. The longer held out poses in the heated room are so beneficial to my body, and his incredible music selection that accompanies the class always elevates it to another level for me. He even implements a rainstick during our savasana at the end of class🙏🏼 It’s always just such a beautiful and restorative session and I am always grateful for when my week can incorporate one of these classes of his. I highly recommend checking this one out, and this studio in general🙌🏼

Everyone was very friendly, the studio is super clean and they have childcare??? Hashtag Winning! If I'm in Tampa again, I'm definitely coming back!

visa alla recensionerThis studio just opened recently and I was excited to try it out, since it’s on my way home from work. The yoga room is very inviting and clean, and has a great Zen vibe. Hannah’s class was awesome, with the perfect mix of a bit of chill and some challenge. She was super welcoming and friendly when I came in to the studio too. This is definitely a place I can feel comfortable showing up on my mat and doing my yoga practice. Added bonus, Solstice is also a Kava/coffee/tea bar. I’m excited to come back and try some of their yummy drinks. I’ll definitely be back soon!
