Great experience at this location! Everyone was super welcoming as this was my first visit to this location. They gave me a studio tour and confirmed my spot in class was comfortable with me (which I really appreciate!). The instructor was challenging and had great cueing! She did a wonderful job at motivating and shouting out people. I really appreciate them being on ClassPass since I’m visiting from out of town and the studio options in Tallahassee on ClassPass are pretty limited. I will DEFINITELY be back!! Thanks again!

I appreciated the intentionality of the programming and the individualized attention. There was no rushing or hurrying, rather time to ensure you’re doing the movements correctly and at the appropriate weight. The warm up actually prepared you for the work ahead. The music was motivating, but not blaring. And the coach took time to get to know you, gave pointers on how to do the movement better, and was full of encouragement and positive energy. I will definitely be coming back the next time I’m in town.
