visa alla recensionerMy second time at this studio, I definitely enjoyed today's workout more than the first. Lauren was great and encouraging. It wasn't challenging in the way I thought it would be. More in the micro movement and control-which definitely challenge me way. I definitely do this class again.

You can tell she is passionate about Pilates and yoga. the studio had about 7 reformers. luckily there were only 4 of us and we were able to do the jumping board. That was so much fun, and I had a really great workout.

visa alla recensionerThe room was 99* when we started it was already a hot day outside and this was a great workout with an amazing instructor and inspiring classmates. The studio was cute and very clean! My favorite part was the cold essential oil towel at the end, it was well earned!
