visa alla recensionerIt was my first time doing Kick Boxing, and I was a bit nervous that I might not be able to follow the flow. If you have the same feeling, don't worry about it, the coach will get you back on track. Franco (the coach) is super friendly and very professional in this field. He's super experienced and very natural at teaching - I really enjoyed my very first Kick Boxing session ever! The ambiance was super positive and supportive. People there will support you even if you're coming from scratch. If you're interested in martial arts, especially with them, don't think twice, just go - you won't regret it. And the plus point is the place is just a few steps from Kleinhüningen tram station, really easy to reach. I'll probably commit to this program. I liked it a lot!

The trainer and his assistent were genuinely amazing! the class is very physically demanding so I suggest not underestimating it and streching properly before attending the class. The class itself was very well structured and easy to follow even for someone who doesnt speak german that well like myself. I would like to thank the coach and the assistant one more time and I will be sure to attend the classes more frequently 😊

Seul souci : l’enregistrement via ClassPass n’a pas fonctionné, le professeur n’était pas au courant de ma venue et les horaires affichés sur l’app étaient faux.
