Die heutige Class bei Lisanne hat mal wieder den Vogel abgeschossen. Sie leitet perfekt an und bringt einen immer (!) bis zu seinem eigenen Limit. Dazu eine top playlist. The VERY BEST

visa alla recensionerNoemi is easily one of my top three Lagree instructors in Berlin! 🔥 She’s incredibly attentive to technique and always makes sure every movement is performed correctly. I especially love that whenever there’s a free Megaformer, she gets on it herself to demonstrate the exercises—which makes such a difference because you can actually see the form in action. Her classes are challenging, super well-taught, and always deliver such a good burn. Absolutely love training with her! 🤍

visa alla recensionerJanina ist eine sehr kompetente Trainerin. Die Class ist perfekt strukturiert und angeleitet. Auf jeden Fall sehr intensiv. Das Studio ist ganz neu , sehr schick und toll designed mit großen Umkleiden und Duschen. Der Blick ins Grüne und Richtung Alster hilft etwas sich durch die Übungen durchzukämpfen. Kann es zu 100% empfehlen.
