visa alla recensionerI left the class after 20 min lmao. It was the most humble experience for me so far. Noemi was really nice, she gave me water and another girl from class gave me some jelly gums because I needed some sugar. Definitely high intensive class. I’ll try lagree again but after gaining more strength

visa alla recensionerNoemi is easily one of my top three Lagree instructors in Berlin! 🔥 She’s incredibly attentive to technique and always makes sure every movement is performed correctly. I especially love that whenever there’s a free Megaformer, she gets on it herself to demonstrate the exercises—which makes such a difference because you can actually see the form in action. Her classes are challenging, super well-taught, and always deliver such a good burn. Absolutely love training with her! 🤍

visa alla recensionerThis was one of the best rides I have tried in BEATRIDERS. The whole session was planned to be one remix with no stops between songs which made an amazing flow throughout the ride. Thora always challenges you in such a good way so that you really feel you used everything you got while still having fun. Leaving with the best feeling and the best start to a Sunday 🤩
