Couch is a great instructor and did a good job making the class engaging, and the students where very patient and supportive (I hadn't done kickboxin in a while). Overall would recommend 9/10

visa alla recensionerIn der Erwärmung rennt man 10 Minuten mit 17-18 Teilnehmern im Kreis durch einen Raum, der dafür kaum geeignet ist (etwa 15 m x 3-4 m groß, überall hängen Boxsäcke). Anschließend gab es Kraftübungen. Diese waren leider alle für Brust, Bauch und Trizeps. Gerade in einem Boxkurs wäre es gut auch etwas für den Rücken zu tun. Die Zeit die übrig blieb für boxen (15-20 Minuten) war mir zu kurz. Trainerin grundsätzlich sympathisch und motivierend.
