visa alla recensionerI loved Melissa’s class! I really liked how she emphasized for us to not be afraid or guilty of doing modifications if we felt like we needed them. She truly made it feel like it was “my” workout and that she was there to guide us along the way. This class was good for beginners or someone getting back into Pilates, I def felt a serious burn!

He always has the best arrangements with the most seamless transitions. Just an absolute gem (with great taste in music too). If it's your first time doing lagree, you'll get hooked after a class with him.

Appreciate the instructor giving me constructive feedback to make sure I was using the plates correctly given it was my first time. Great playlist and way to start a Friday morning.

The instructor can be pretty forward and will touch you as needed but it can be pretty jarring if you’re not comfortable with so much touch (on the legs, knees, back).
