I hadn’t done Ashtanga in a few years — but he made it feel like a puzzle, slowly building the building blocks into a deep and settled stillness I hadn’t felt in a while. It was also important and refreshing he took the class in Swedish. I highly recommend.

Very calming but stretchy, the music was “jazzy” and chill, there is a lot of space in the studio so it feels very private and there is a lot of light from the outside. The surroundings are calming, doesn’t even feel that we are so central. Matilda is amazing, tack :)

The gym and pool in Vana looks amazing but having booked just the class i had no access to it. Overlooked that the class was only 30 minutes though - wish it was longer!!
