But as soon as Romana's hour starting she flipped the music to some fun Pop Punk and the class began. She gave great guidance and solid support. visa alla recensionerDefinitely would not suggest for a total gym beginner, you have to have some base knowledge for this class. It goes kind of quickly, and even though I’m pretty knowledgeable when it comes to the gym there were some names of exercises I didn’t understand and had to ask a few times. The teacher was really nice though and answered all of my questions!

He provides multiple variations of postures to meet the needs of people in different ranges from beginner to advanced yogi. Also everyone has tattoos who shows up to his class so it’s always entertaining to see the artwork. Totally love this class!

I feel like the people here who complained about this class have no idea what kundalini yoga is. It is Breathwork + movement! It is not a regular vinyasa flow class. The sound bath at the end was genuinely moving — the teacher is a talented sound master, so lucky to have happened upon this class! Wowowowowowow!!!
