    I’ve gone to two in a row with Olivia and she’s really great! Last one seemed a little too loud - almost wished I had ear plugs and couldn’t really hear what she was saying, but I might just be getting old. Either way, I’ll be looking to book one of her rides again soon!

    Amanda and the young lady at the front desk were so welcoming! It was mine and my friends first time ever doing a spin class, and they helped make us comfortable. It's a great workout, but you're not pressured to keep the same pace or gear as the instructor.
