visa alla recensionerSuuuper challenging, high energy class, but it was so much fun! I'd never boxed before, but all of the instructors there were super welcoming and encouraging. Helped me wrap my hands and teach me the basic punches, stance, and some terminology. I recommend arriving 15 minutes early if it's your first time so you can receive the same helpful instruction before class. I think I'm addicted now!
