visa alla recensionerThis is true Pilates. It was a great refresher and was eye opening to see how perfect positioning will can work your muscles. Low impact but doing this exercise first will set me up for a more effective cardio workout. Amber is a great teacher and would love to come back if I’m ever on the area again
