visa alla recensionerI really liked the class and instructor. My only con was it was POURING outside and for some reason no one was arnd to let us inside for like 10 mins. I brought my own mat you don’t need a towel they offer free face towels.

visa alla recensionerThis was such an amazing experience! Anna cultivated such a safe space and guided me to feel truly able to release into some of the more intense poses. I have incredibly tight hips and even in pigeon and seated folds I felt so relaxed but also deeply stretched. Additionally Anna provides lots of variations and encourages your own to make things more accessible. Thank you Anna! <3
