visa alla recensionerLove to support independent studios! I’ve been here a couple times and the instructors seem more of the chill type than perky or drill sergeant. You get a wide variety of Lagree type moves on the machine which is fun! My one piece of constructive criticism is that in today’s flow we stayed on many individual movements for a long time… it was probably 90 seconds - 2 minutes technically but with Lagree as a client it can feel really boring / rough if you stay with the same move at the same tempo that long. Anyways, I’ll be back to this studio!
