Having practiced LaGree in multiple cities over the past eight years, I’ve discovered that several exercises feel significantly more effective thanks to Holly’s instruction. I always leave her class with jittery muscles and wake up the next day feeling incredibly sore—the best kind of sore that lets you know you had a great workout!

visa alla recensionerDevon was an awesome instructor! She provided both modifications and amplifications throughout class making it comfortable for all fitness levels. The class was hard but I loved it! It was a little hot in there so that would be my only complaint. Overall a really nice studio and they didn’t charge me for using their towels and yoga mat which is always appreciated 🙂 I’ll be back!

Darby eased my nervousness about the weights at the beginning of the class when she told people, if your weights aren’t working for you, just go grab another set - nobody cares! It just took away some of the anxiety I had about using lighter weights if needed. And it was needed sometimes lol! Will definitely be back.

Be warned that this class is HOT, I have done other “medium heat” classes here and I thought I was prepared for the “high heat” but it was quite intense.
