visa alla recensionerThis was so much fun! Challenging, sweaty, and red faced fun. Seriously when did 3lb weights start feeling like 50s? 😅 The music was good too (the instructor must be in her cowgirl era). There was no beginning stretch so come having already warmed up and stretched out. There is a benefit if you frequent this class v. a drop in because she sticks with the same routine for a bit and elevates it each class.

visa alla recensionerReally enjoyed the class. The instructor, Dublin Salas, kept things challenging but offered options for all levels which I really appreciated. He also had a really lovely and energizing presence, and it was a very pleasant space once ya get up there- extra workout with that 4th floor walk up 😉. Looking forward to returning!
