Lucy explained everything so clearly and was great at suggesting alternative approaches that were more suitable for me (e.g. gymnast kick up). The result was getting into handstand easily on my own! I was then able to work on the micro movements in the fingers to balance away from the wall. Such a great sense of achievement and some real ‘light bulb’ moments! Thank you so much Lucy!

visa alla recensionerGood gym helpful staff and lots of equipment and constant cleaning of the equipment was a plus point. The instructor was energetic and even helped me out individually when I was struggling to do a certain exercise. Plus point loved how there was a sauna inside the womans changing room right next to the showers will definitely try it next time!

Everyone was really friendly and I learnt a lot. The coach went at a good pace and offered good advice and tips after if you want to build on your skills.
