She is incredibly experienced so guides you in the practise in a relaxed but fun way whilst sharing her extensive knowledge. She brings an abundance of energy at 6.45am in the morning and makes it an inviting space despite the advance nature of the class.

visa alla recensionerSorcha is amazing, and her classes are always fun. She encourages people to try challenging poses and is quick to offer help or advice. The class is challenging, but it's beginner friendly because there are always easier variants of the poses we do. If you're looking for a relaxing, low effort class, this isn't for you. But if you want to challenge yourself and see big improvement in your flexibility, stamina and strength, this class is great.

visa alla recensionerWow what a beautiful yoga studio! Make sure to take your own mat, I forgot mine. However you can rent for £1. I gave 5 stars because it was an amazing experience overall. Lucy was great, but I did have to ask her to turn the music down because I couldn’t hear her. She turned it down a little but I still struggled. So it was a bit annoying having to constantly look up to check what pose we were on. Personally I prefer yoga classes with very light background music. I thought the drum part at the end was beautiful, Lucy came around and banged a drum which made a lovely sound. But it was slightly ruined by the other music still on. One or the other would have been good. She also didn’t face the class, which I found to be a little impersonal. Other than this, it was a fab workout, I felt energised and refreshed afterwards, so thank you very much!
