visa alla recensionerI’ve taken several Sun Moon classes and this was by far my favorite. Karina’s flow was really cohesive - dynamic upper back and shoulder activators that then facilitated the heart opening yin poses that came afterwards. I had a really profound release of tension and tons of blood flow to my neck and head (where so much of us hold tension). Really enjoyed Karina’s instruction as well. 10/10 would come again.

visa alla recensionerJenna put together a fun and challenging sequence with great music! Some of the transitions between poses felt abrupt so it didn’t feel like a more traditional flow. I appreciated her encouraging energy and hands on adjustments throughout the class.
