visa alla recensionerI took the dance class here and It was awesome! Jess was really outgoing which make the class super fun. The moves were the perfect mix of challenging while also being easy enough to follow along. The playlist was very upbeat so the energy was high. Overall a great workout!

I’ve been attending this class almost every week for the last month and I’ve been seeing major improvements in my hamstring flexibility and strength. This class is beginner friendly, but she also offers some more advanced options for certain moves if you wanted to challenge yourself. The pace of this class is great (not too slow, dynamic towards the middle). I highly recommend everyone to try this class.
