    Full Body - Lower Focus (50 Minutes)

    Staff was all super enthusiastic and warm to me so it was a lot less scary! The treadmill parts of class were a bit much for me to do completely at the proper levels but I felt totally okay adjusting speed when I needed to. Really great experience & good mixup to my regular workout routine

    Loved the instructor! The room got pretty warm so I took some breaks since it was my first class, and Cassidy was so encouraging/ not pushing us to go past our limits. I definitely felt the burn in the best way

    Absolutely an amazing class. The instructor was super understanding but also very motivational. The views on the river were unparalleled, the machines were in great condition, and Chelsea knew how to push you harder to get the best workout in. Can’t wait to come again!
