The instructor means well and knows her stuff, just a tad intimidating at first. She's very candid with her feedback, which I would say is important if you want to improve. I would def book again!

visa alla recensionerNice space and lovely instructor! Did some warm ups before we learnt some spinning pole tricks and a short dance routine. Had a great time here trying pole dancing for the first time, everyone is so nice and inclusive and it's such an empowering activity. Had a little difficulty gripping onto the pole but instructor was very helpful and encouraging. She's super bubbly and hyped for the class and her energy is really infectious which made the class so enjoyable. Everyone should give this place a try, no regrets (:
