My lash tech was really gentle and meticulous with application and did an amazing job with placement — no lid-stabbing by extensions at all 🥹 she also roused me in the most calming + gentle way I have ever been roused from a lash application. 🥹 I also love the wet lash look a ton. 🥹 what a hidden gem of a place — I will be back!

Reception was insisting customer needs to receive a call first for the booking to be confirmed (not stated anywhere), only to find out my appointment is in the system already (hence the instant book?). ClassPass needs to coordinate this with Browhaus coz maybe not everyone was briefed and they were confusing the rules with other group buy apps. Overall was a good use of my CP credits!
