Been to a couple of Inside Flow classes elsewhere 6 months ago, and his class reminded me of why I love moving to the music. Beautiful song choice, heartfelt sharing by Alvin, friendly flow mates, no judgment even though I’m a noobie compared with the rest. Will definitely return!
