visa alla recensionerMayra was subbing and she was fantastic! Although I heard from other members that the usual woman teaching is also great! Overall, fun music, worked up a good sweat, and fave cardio! Only downside was the class was a little over filled and not much dance space to move around comfortably. :(

visa alla recensioneri never thought i'd see myself in a martial arts class, but because this studio had a women's-only class, I had to try it! And when I say women's only, it was definitely women's only, no men training in the studio and only female instructors. We learned a few scrappy and self defense moves and some muay thai foundations. Overall, it was a cool experience and all levels were welcome. I'd love to see some more fitness-oriented women's classes here as well, i'll definitely be keeping my eyes peeled.

For ever scenario I give them they have 3 possible responses depending on slight difference. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and I will definitely be coming back.
