His guidance for each of the yoga postures as well as the breath work was much more detailed than that of most other yoga instructors. All in all a great class and my breathing has noticeably improved since the class.

visa alla recensionerFirstly, there is only one entrance to the gym from the outside. You check in with the front desk. To get to the cheer class, you walk down toward the green turf and you’ll see doors on the far right to the room where class is held. I saw a bunch of people getting lost. Women’s locker room is downstairs. Anyway, this class is definitely a challenge. You work up a sweat with all the cardio. It’s quite fun and Keiko is a very upbeat teacher. It’s follow-along style, so if you wanted a guided lesson with techniques explained, this is not the class for you. I am a fast learner so I enjoyed it

visa alla recensionerDidnt see a lot of reviews decided to try it anyways. I love a good hiit class but can never find one with good music. The vibes are definitely here. This class was pretty full so come early to get a desired spot. The only thing is I wish someone navigated setting up for the new people. The regulars are so nice and welcoming so they do help you out. This class is for all levels.

visa alla recensionerLYRI YOGA brought out my inner dancer. it is definitely a workout that you enjoy from the beginning and also a massage for the heart. 90 minutes flew by so fast and I’m looking forward to dance the choreographies again! I can't wait to attend the next class … Liron is an incredible instructor and you can see the passion she has and the love she puts into the class. Oh and the savasana at the end was outstanding as well. Really relaxing and cleared my mind. Loved it!

I grew up doing ballet and this class threw me back in time and the Yoga- ballet class brought back this little girl with all the emotions. Liron is an inspiring instructor she knows how to guide you in a beautiful way ( you can actually see the passion she is putting in the class) The music is amazing! You connect with the class from minute zero and it really makes the time fly by. It's amazing all the positive things this class has brought to my life. Such a great workout as well! Highly recommend! Can’t wait for the next class.
