And I LOVE LOVE LOVE this heated mat pilates format. Katelynn did an amazing job of navigating us through all the moves and correcting our forms throughout the class. The workout went from sweet to spicy quickly! Be ready to sweat. I left the studio feeling so grounded, energized, and good about myself!

visa alla recensionerLove that Emily explains the class and has all the equipment laid out and ready! The space is so clean, cozy, comfortable and peaceful. I love all the decor and variety of the sound instruments. Emily is very friendly. It’s my first sound bath class and I’d love to take the class again! Only thing (not Emily’s fault) is there’s a class next door and unfortunately, can hear everything so it made it hard to relax as I can hear the instructor next door over the sound baths. The class would’ve been perfect if the walls weren’t so thin!
