Sauna was great and you can also choose the color therapy within the sauna. Peppermint cooling towels available to grab when you get too warm. This time around, I had initially signed up for a hot bamboo experience, but after chatting about my exercise habits, areas of pain and tightness, and overall goals for the visit, we pivoted to a hot stone treatment instead. She did a localized fascia massage to relieve some shoulder pain I had been having, releasing tension in my jaw and rotator cuffs before moving on to the relaxing, hot stone treatment.
