She is very organized, thoughtful, and thorough, and obviously loves and takes pride in her work. She has some steps ahead of time and if you've never been before, make sure you read any additional instructions about when to arrive, how to prepare, etc. This helps make sure you get all your allotted time. Grace was very thorough with a lot of maneuvering to see how your muscles are responding and even did some kneeling, but she checked in with me constantly to make sure I was not in pain and was okay with each section of the massage. Note: the door is only a heavy frost and isn’t solid and they only cover you with a towel they move around, so if you’re a bit more modest or shy, it’s definitely something to take note.
