DANCE FITNESS
visa alla recensionerThe most fun dance class I’ve ever been to! 100% will be back. Music was on point and Kat is incredible. So fun that she brings regulars in stage to dance. Such a great vibe

visa alla recensionerCliff is an amazing, fun and really experienced instructor. There was a woman next to me (her first time) and she said she came to “watch” but she danced too , it’s impossible to sit still in his class. All levels appeared to be welcome and his instruction is so easy to follow you’ll get your groove on even if you’ve never danced w him before.

visa alla recensionerI really enjoy the energy of the teachers, the friendliness of the other jazzercizers, the space, the weight exercises. I know that in the classes I’ve ben to, I can go easy and get into shape but can push and challenge myself mire as I get into better shape.

visa alla recensionerLove this cardio and strength 2-fer. One of the most joyous and upbeat classes I’ve found in Seattle. The dancing just feels good and the strength & stretch work so powerful after the intense cardio. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

visa alla recensionerFun class and super easy to follow but you must bring shoes to dance in! These floors are not sprung wood in fact they are covered concrete so your joints will not thank you for dancing barefoot. Just come prepared and you’ll have a great time 😊

visa alla recensionerThe actual instructor was late, but another instructor took over the warm-up in their place. The warm-up felt thorough and engaging, and once the appropriate instructor showed up, we went straight into the choreography. The teacher did a great job breaking down the steps/moves and checking in to see how everyone was doing. The class was full but comfortable with enough space to move. It was held in the Armory, and I parked in a residential area that has free parking about a ten-minute walk from the building, near Rabbit Rabbit. I did feel slightly out of place (i.e., like a dinosaur lol) as it felt like all of the students were college age. However, I enjoyed the class and recommend it!

visa alla recensionerInstructor was great, but this specific class wasn’t for new / probably shouldn’t be on ClassPass. It sounds like they have beginner classes, which seems more suitable for an app most people use to try something new.
