She gave us perfect cues, a fire sequence that made sense, we were sweating like crazy, and muscles were on fire. Will definitely be adding this class to my Wednesday schedule. 🔥🔥

I was apprehensive to return to Pilates because of past experiences with different teachers, and rebuilding strength in my body. I found the class to be a tremendous benefit and very positive experience as a beginner. I will be back!

Her music is upbeat, and I really appreciate the variety she provides so we aren’t stuck doing the same move for too long, while still getting a great workout and working up a good sweat. :)

You can really tell how much he cares about the studio and the Lagree community. I absolutely loved his class- he had great energy and a very calming presence. I want to sincerely thank Brooklin for making me feel welcomed and taking the time to walk me through the machine and special cues. She corrected throughout the class as needed and was so nice and helpful while doing so. Also-it was a killer lower body workout. I’ll definitely be back!

She was encouraging, attentive, and made me feel comfortable while still pushing me to challenge myself.
