Her classes are challenging and you really feel like you’ve worked, but what I appreciate most is how attentive she is to everyone in the room. She remembers injuries and limitations, checks in throughout the class, and always gives alternatives so you can still get a great workout without risking hurting yourself. You can tell she really pays attention to each person rather than just teaching the room as a whole. Absolutely love and recommend her classes! 🤍

Shivanshi somehow makes you do more without pushing you too much, which I really appreciated. There were only two of us in the class, so it felt almost like a private session with plenty of attention. Nice atmosphere, good location, and great facilities. Definitely a different kind of challenge from reformer, and I loved it!

I really enjoyed my class with her and it felt like it was a private little class as I was the only person in the class she takes the time to demonstrate what she has to do, and then she also takes the time to observe me and assist/guide me throughout the workout I felt very relaxed comfortable and I really enjoyed my class with this coach 10 out of 10 would recommend
