He teaches an awesome class with very clear instructions for beginners and experienced yogis alike.. I love going to this studio. This studio is so perfectly located, beautiful and honestly has all the best instructors in Sonoma county…and I’ve been to nearly all of them in the area lately. I’m so thankful to have access to Grace Yoga and the community here. Hediyeh is amazing and has the time to give individual attention and corrections during this early morning class. She is also a wonderful Pilates instructor and I’ve taken several of her other classes. I felt like I got so much out of this class. I usually take strong flow or power flow vinyasa classes but it’s so important slow down sometimes to focus on breath and careful alignment. 100% worth getting up for. I’d skip reformer Pilates for this.

visa alla recensionerI loved the class! The instructor/owner was great. Perfect mix of being a tough workout but still very mindful and kind. Great music, friendly people, positive energy. I liked that the instructor walked around to make sure people knew what they were doing and was there to help everyone. It felt supportive, encouraging, and strong! Highly recommend!

In this class, I was able to really connect and tune into my feminine energy and listen to my body. Tristan gave great guidance on movement that I’ve never learned before!
