I liked that the instructor walked around to make sure people knew what they were doing and was there to help everyone. It felt supportive, encouraging, and strong! Highly recommend!

In this class, I was able to really connect and tune into my feminine energy and listen to my body. Tristan gave great guidance on movement that I’ve never learned before! Can’t wait to take this class again.
