The staff recognized me from previous visits, although I had not attended in some time, and not for this particular class. The workout was challenging and induced sweating, yet it also felt refreshing. The music played by the instructor was highly effective in motivating the group. For those new to the class, I recommend feeling at ease, as everyone is welcoming. So far, I have not had trouble finding parking, but it is crucial to arrive promptly to get settled. I will definitely return.

The studio is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, and the whole team was warm and welcoming. The class was great. I appreciated that the instructor practiced most of the poses with us and really emphasized breath throughout. The cold eucalyptus towel, tea, and Cutie afterward were the perfect finishing touches. Such a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be back!

The sequencing was seamless—each movement naturally flowed into the next for an effective full-body workout. Komie was attentive, gave helpful individual cues while keeping the class moving, and offered great modifications without sacrificing the challenge. I’ll definitely be back for her classes!

The first time I definitely hesitated to come, but I knew that it was probably going to be very healing and it was just that. I was able to release lots of trauma that’s been stored in my body and left feeling lighter and more at peace! Last night was my second time coming here and the community is just so welcoming and Kristina Joy is a sweetheart. She definitely knows what she’s doing and you can tell her intentions are pure and genuine. I always get worried that places like this are going to feel pretentious, but it was the complete opposite. I can’t stop raving about this place and this class.
