I’ve practiced this style of breathwork before, but Daphne’s guidance made the experience feel especially powerful, safe, and supportive. The staff recognized me from previous visits, although I had not attended in some time, and not for this particular class. The workout was challenging and induced sweating, yet it also felt refreshing. The music played by the instructor was highly effective in motivating the group. For those new to the class, I recommend feeling at ease, as everyone is welcoming. So far, I have not had trouble finding parking, but it is crucial to arrive promptly to get settled. I will definitely return.

He usual flows are good too in terms of pacing and level of challenge. This will be my usual Thursday evening go-to :)

visa alla recensionerMatt is my favorite instructor at Platefit. I will endeavor through AM traffic to get to Brentwood for his classes. My drive is 52-58 min for this 27 min class. You may think ohh crazy, but I’m pointing it out because it’s that good. Plus the lymphatic drainage and mood that you’re in for the rest of the day is worth it. FYI: TRX class is a modification to what I expected but it still whopped my a$$. Playlist is fire and he’s very experienced and quick to scan the room to check for form. The minor hands-on adjustments are always respectful and they make a big difference! I don’t know why I start laughing when my muscles get to failure but at least it’s a fun time while I’m suffering. Many of the attendees are regulars or, like me, have booked through CP and keep coming back to it. Cherry on top: parking is validated for 75 minutes.
