visa alla recensionerSuch a relaxing, gentle and calming class. I could feel the week’s stress melt away and my body let go. The teacher was so welcoming and humble. You hold the passive poses for 5-8 minutes using lots of props for support. Surprisingly I got a boost of energy about an hour after class!!
