I could feel my muscles getting toned and my focus sharpening! The studio is pristine and the machines feel well-cared for and safe. I would highly recommend taking a class here🥰

Music was very quiet and instructor spoke very fast while giving directions. If you like to focus in on the music while you move, this might not be the one for you.

see all reviewsI hadn’t been to this particular Pilates studio since pre-pandemic. I was aware that but had changed ownership, so was curious to revisit. The instructor Raman greeted me immediately upon arrival and welcomed me with an open, friendly invitation to take a place on one of the reformers. As it turned out, it was just one other individual and myself, so we each received very hands-on attention from Raman, who was exceptionally helpful in repositioning my form during several movements. I haven’t practiced Pilates for some while, so this was very much appreciated and quickly brought back the neural connection of past techniques I’d learned. Raman very fluidly and efficiently guided us through a comprehensive range of total body movements with the appropriate resistance, while also concentrating our attention on breathing. All in all I felt adequately challenged and amazing afterwards. I definitely liked Raman’s teaching style and enjoyed meeting her. Thanks a lot and was fun to be back at the studio once again!!
