visa alla recensionerit's a shorter class than I'm used to but it still kicked my butt!! They utilized ankle weights throughout but they're of course optional. I was at first put off that the instructor didn't encourage hard counts but by the end enjoyed that she gave people flexibility to go at their own pace. Hope I can attend more types of classes!

visa alla recensionerI like the bright studio! I'm fairly new to reformer pilates and appreciated that Aileen went over the equipment. Expect to use more than just the reformer. I thought the workout was very creative - recommend this class for beginners as it wasn't too challenging.
