Truly recommend for beginners and for anyone who’s been doing pilates for a while and wants a refresh on form. I’ve done so many pilates classes, and this was a humbling experience. More hype/pop music would be nicer.

The first half awaken was the perfect way to start a Friday morning while the ending to unwind was very relaxing and peaceful. Recommend to me by a family member and glad I tried a class for myself.
