I’m not one to write reviews but the instructor, Emily, is magical, striking the surprisingly hard to find balance of a challenging flow along with sufficiently long holds to allow you to get deep into each pose (my hips post-kids are grateful). Her dialogue is lovely and zen and the music is absolutely perfect. The small, intimate studio allows for more hands on instruction and makes each class feel more personal. I’ve taken a lot of yoga classes over many years and am so grateful to have found this studio after just moving to the area.
