visa alla recensionerGreat class with an energetic and motivational coach. The class started with warmup, then the instructor taught a move and then we split into pairs to practice. I'm a beginner to BJJ and the move was a bit difficult so I observed at first. Group was friendly so they showed me the ropes and we practiced a simplified move. Last portion of class is rolling/sparring. All the partners were quite experienced and toned it down for me as a beginner, so it was fun and a learning experience overall.
