visa alla recensionerfirst time here and i love the studio! there’s a shower in the back which i greatly appreciate and multiple solo bathrooms. i did the yoga sculpt with Ana. one thing is they only have 2, 3, and 8 lb weights. i saw one 5lb weight but wish there were more! hopefully will be back again for another class!

visa alla recensionerAshley was fantastic! I adored the little things she added to the class (i.e. the affirmation cards, aromatherapy) that made it so much more special. She guided the class through each position and transition very clearly and encouraged alternatives along the way, which I appreciated a lot!

I’m trying to incorporate more yoga and stretching into my usual routine of Pilates and strength training and her restorative yoga classes have been such a help. She always asks what I’d like to work on, notices where I’m struggling, and how I feel after class. I’m looking forward to seeing how my body changes with consistent yoga classes.

visa alla recensionerAttended for the first time for the Aerial Yoga level 1 with Claire S and it was such a fun class! I have done mat yoga for quite some years and thought it would be fun to try aerial yoga. The first half of the class was a bit tough for me to get a hold of everything as these were new techniques to me but Claire was very kind and helpful to me and everyone else, fixing our form and helping us when we got stuck. Towards the second half of the class, it became super fun and relaxing towards the end. Highly reccomend and will be back :)
