    This instructor is awesome. Super friendly and comes and corrects form which is really important to prevent injuries. I have a relatively new injury and she was helpful in tailoring things to help me get through class unscathed. This is my second class with her and they were both great!

    The studio is gorgeous - clean, sleek, and laid back genuinely COOL vibes. Not your usual pretentious Pilates studio. This class itself was amazing. Nicol gave personalized attention to everyone in the sold out class and led a dynamic flow which used all parts of the machine. Would basically move to this area just so I could go to this class more frequently.

    Hot Sculpt Yoga with Weights

    New part of my weekly routine! Great way to start the day, and even better to start the week with a Monday morning class. The class is tough because it's quite hot, but you get to choose your weights and can go lighter or not use them at all, so that helps. There is a few minutes of cardio (a series of jumping jacks, 8 seconds on, 8 seconds active recovery), basically the length of one song, so be prepared for that! But, ends up being a very short portion of the class, and really helps with cardiovascular recovery, so I love it!

    Loved this class! The instructor was fantastic. Favorite yoga class I’ve taken from any ClassPass studio so far. I appreciated that the instructor continually encouraged folx to listen to their bodies. Also LOVED that there was a solid 10 minutes of stretching/cooldown/savasana, which most yoga classes try to cram into one minute.

    Diana was the best instructor I’ve taken here! She explains each move and what the next step is really well, so you are able to follow along. The only note I’d have for Mighty Pilates (not Diana), is that it was a bit distracting to have two classes at once. It was harder to hear Diana when another instructor was also teaching at the same time.

    Brian’s style of teaching has gotten more dynamic - more encouraging and offering modifications; although I do wish he went around to give hands on corrections. Overall, class was absolute murder. It hurts to laugh, and I was hobbling home after. I would totally return.

    Tony is a fantastic instructor who has a surgeon-like precise attention to form. Even in a class with many students, he makes many individual adjustments. As other have noted, his style of teaching is a unique counterpoint to the typical hippie-dippy "find your center" and "loving kindness" approach to yoga. There is a place for both, but if you want to emphasize improving your physical capabilities, Tony's class has a lot to offer.

    This class was really intense! We did lots of great glute work, abs, and full body cardio. Clean, light, and bright studio. I brought a mat, towel, and the resistance band was provided to me by the studio. Instructor was great and gave me individualized tips and recommendations on how to improve my form.     Love this gym. The space is not only big, it's wide, so it's easy to space out, find a spot somewhere to workout where you're not seen or in someone else's space the entire time, and just feel secluded. In a good way. The lights are dim and calming, in my opinion. I prefer this gym over Union St. or Chestnut, which are smaller and everyone can watch you workout. I'm usually in and out of those locations, while this one makes you feel comfortable to stay a while.

    I normally go to Core40, Bodyrok, and Lagreefit415, but change around for the instructor. Not only is Lisa an amazing instructor who challenges you, she also keeps the class really fun with her energy. These machines also feel smoother than Core40/LF415 but more supporting than Bodyrok.
