You enter, changing rooms on left side, cubbies (they lock the front door), studio in the back, and bathrooms on the right. Temperature was great, not too hot or intense, and everyone kept to themselves. This was my first time at Rikk’s studio and being in the Marina for a workout class. I would definitely come back!

I shared with her that I am 3 weeks post partum and have been breast feeding our baby therefore I have been having lower back issues as of lately due to bad posture from late night feedings.. also I wanted to just relax. She felt all my areas of tension especially within the upper and lower back. She is very skilled and knows how to read my body’s specific needs. I love the use of essential oils which she incorporated. She also used warm towels to wipe off the lotion for certain areas. I will definitely be back!

First you fill out their intake form with your info and then the masseuse (mine was named Joy) will take you to your designated room. Traditional Thai massage was 60 min and the masseuse will adjust the pressure accordingly if you feel it is too much. I selected medium pressure and it was just right. I do a lot of yoga recreationally so the massage stretches were not painful for me. Overall, it was a relaxing atmosphere and worth the money.
