She takes time to understand your skincare goals and tailors the treatment to you. She does the best extractions I’ve ever had in all the years and years I’ve been getting professional treatments. I am multiracial , Black & Hispanic - I have a skin tone that is hard to treat but she absolutely killed it! Although it felt like she was really close to my cuticles, Katie did a really good job on my pedi and had me wait a good 10 mins before leaving the salon. My manicure was done by another lady which i forgot her name. The mani was decent as well. I would say that from afar my nails look fine, but can see the edges are not as clean close up. Overall I still recommend this salon! They did ask for my ID at the end to verify classpass booking which caught me by surprise.
