Yoga, Meditation, …Sojourn Healing Collective
Sojourn Healing Collective, 811 25th St, Suite 102, San DiegoEARTH + ETHER: Yin Yoga + Sound + Meditation
visa alla recensionerToosdhi is a gem! As a self identifying fat women who had never taken a yin yoga class, this class was not intimidating and so relaxing. I appreciate how Toosdhi gave strategies to focus on breath because that greatly helped me. I also appreciate that she spoke in Spanish, that was really nice to hear and feel in these spaces that i rarely hear Spanish. Lastly, Toosdhi said it would generate great rest (not sleep because sleep is not rest), and I just woke up from the best rest I've had all year. I feel safe, replenished, and at peace, gracias!

visa alla recensionerLana is an amazing human being. Her positive energy is 10/10. She was so gentle especially with my lower back injury. Usually I can’t tolerate massages because of this but this massage was the best I have ever had. I got the cupping too (which i have never had before) and it was a great experience. I feel so relaxed and renewed. Definitely recommend.
