visa alla recensionerFirst timer here, really glad I went! Paul was welcoming and knowledgeable. Even though we were close to starting the session, he took the time to help me and other newcomers wrap our hands without making us feel rushed. He was also very understanding about North Park’s parking situation, which is worth dealing with for this gym—I do recommend arriving a little early if you can. The circuits were fun & challenging (for me) and everyone was so friendly and supportive. Whenever I forgot a circuit, the regulars—especially Maria—jumped in to guide me and help me get back on track. My husband enjoyed it too! Although it wasn’t his first time boxing, he said he still learned a lot from Paul during our first class at BoxFit. Overall a great experience & we’re looking forward to coming back!

I’ve always liked boxing but gyms scared me, when I went to this one it was super relaxed and fun, there was room for mistakes and no one was judging you. The coach/owner I believe is super attentive and uses real life boxing stories to relate how we will be training. Overall I’m just looking for technique & a place I feel comfortable in. This place is it. 💯
