The receptionist Sophie was very sweet and helped me reschedule my appointment because I was running late after showing up to the wrong studio. Rose walked me through everything that was going on. This misleading and they charged me an extra dollar rather than $2. The service cost me 8 credits which is basically $16 and they raised their pricing to $18. I feel establishments need to work things out with Class Pass so customers know 100% what they're paying for before booking. Will most likely not return.
