visa alla recensionerChristina kept up a challenging pace for us and was right there with us encouraging us. It was a strenuous workout for me, especially for my legs. It was my first ever barre class. It was more strenuous than my first Pilates class last week. I would not recommend an older person like me to take a barre class unless you are very athletic or at least a runner. The exercises entail lunges and isometric repetitions with a ball or barbells. Very good for strengthening, though.

The space is so peaceful and welcoming, and Maria created a calming atmosphere from the moment the class began. I left feeling more relaxed, grounded, and refreshed. I’m so grateful this studio offers classes like this, and I’ll definitely be back!

visa alla recensionerThis was my first Ashtanga yoga class, but I have practiced other forms of yoga for many years. The instructor gave clear cues using the Sanskrit pose names, so even if you don’t have the order of poses memorized, you can follow along. Sometimes she was demonstrating and sometimes giving hands-on adjustments, which she was really good at, especially with students she knows well. The instructor’s demeanor was friendly and encouraging. The description of how to find the space and where to park was super helpful!
